G & G Associates is a builder/developer dealing in primarily, but not limited to, residential custom modular construction. Our objective is to provide quality construction at affordable prices.

G & G Associates is a father and son business established in 1989. Since that time, G & G Associates has grown and been involved in all phases of the development process, from raw land to finished subdivision. Additionally, G & G Associates have acted as consultants on various residential and commercial projects in several state including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and South Carolina.

At G & G Associates, we offer our customers Contract Pricing. We don't "pepper" our contracts with all kinds of "allowances" like most builders do. We feel the worst thing to have happen is to run over your budget. No one likes that, not you, not your lender and not us. We believe that you should never exceed your budget-whatever it maybe. We give you a contract price. You will know to the penny, how much your home will cost the day you sign a contract with us!
