Here is why G & G Associates may be right for you...
• We Care
At G & G Associates, we believe that our name and reputation is on every home we build. We understand there are many people who only care about what the finished product “looks” like. Well, not only do we care how it looks but, we care how your home is constructed. We believe in doing the job right from the start. We believe a home should be built to stand the test of time. We build each home with the same care as if we were building our very own.
• Contracting Price
At G & G Associates, we offer our customers contract pricing. We don’t “pepper” our contracts with all kinds of “allowances” like most builders do. We feel the worst thing to have happen- is to run over your budget. No one likes that, not you, not your lender and not us. We believe that you should never exceed your budget-whatever it maybe. We give you a contract price. You will know to the penny, how much your home will cost the day you sign a contract with us!
• Best Value
Why buy a resale that you pay today’s market price for? How long do you need to wait before you have equity in your property? Most of our customers walk into an immediate equity position the day we hand them the keys to their new custom modular home.
• Enjoyable & Fun
Plain and simple, we believe building a new home should be an enjoyable experience- not a nightmare of epic proportions. When your new home is complete, we want you to tell your friends that you would do it all over again –and with G & G as your builder!
...dealing in primarily, but not limited to, residential custom modular construction. Our objective is to provide quality construction at affordable prices.
